PEER ADVISORY BOARDS
Our Associates
At TAB we believe that small business owners must think and act like winners in order to be winners. These are the seven principles for championship level winning business owners.
You are a winner if:
The last principle pertains to PEER ADVISORY BOARDS, the foundation of The Alternative Board.
TAB Board Membership provides sound team principles to small business owners: Collaboration, Commitment, and Accountability. Much like a wrestling team, where the team members participate individually, matched against an opponent; yet they practice together as a team, helping each other learn new moves, get stronger, provide encouragement and feedback and accountability; so do the TAB Board Members, work together as a team, providing input on various and similar business challenges that each must wrestle with each day: employee issues, customer challenges, sales, operations, quality, and so on. The team provides support and an environment of collaboration, commitment, and accountability, which is difficult to achieve alone. Even if you, the business owner, have a team, have employees, and/or have an accountant, you are ultimately responsible for the success or failure of YOUR business. Having a team of business owners that you can trust, that know how you feel, know what you are going through and can provide input for you based on their own experience, is the best support possible. THE ALTERNATIVE BOARD - what other alternative do you have for WINNING THE GAME OF BUSINESS?
